"The stay at IHG was fantastic , the property is very well located on Marine Drive. You can catch breathtaking sunset from the rooftop bar . There is also a pool on the rooftop. Room is very clean thanks to Datta service . The best asset in the hôtel is the staff. Reception was very helpful . And the best crew ison the breakfast . Always smiling and ready to help you. The dishes are great on order or buffet style. Great to start the day ! I will always choose this hôtel when i can to mumbai ."

Staff were very professional, helpful and kind. U had a good view was able to see half of the ocean . Breakfast was super delicious "

"The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

"This neighborhood boutique hotel served their community during ramadan for the entire month of our stay. Staff made an honest effort to satisfy our requests. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there are a few things to work out like regulating water tempature, construction noise and only a sheet covered the new matress. The breakfast was typical - basic idli, fruit, etc. They make great tea. It is well located."
