"Arrival was confusing with the valet parking, it wasn’t clear. Our afternoon tea wasn’t served where we were told it would be, so wandered up and down trying to find it. Room was large and bed comfy, but mould all over the bathroom ceiling and had to request a fan as it wasn’t possible to reduce the room temperature. Also, window catch broken on one window. Pool nice and large but the pool area was a bit shabby and tired in places. Issues reported to reception on leaving but no further contact...

family break here for the last week of the summer holidays. The onsite facilities and entertainment was really good for both Adults & Children, There is 4 hotels split across the complex with so much to do, read their website before you visit. We did eat out most days as we explored Torquay but the times we did eat (Breakfast one morning & lunch at the Aztech bar when we spent the day enjoying the outside pool) we found were good.
