"Our room in an old Palazzo had original frescos on the ceiling, a small balcony overlooking the city wall and surrounding countryside, and comfortable furniture and bed. The location is quite close to the Campo (central plaza in Siena) and we were made to feel very welcome. Check-in instructions were sent to us proactively and suggestions for restaurants and sights were also sent. I'm really glad we chose to stay here!"

"It was a lovely charming apartement with a cozy and comfortable bed. It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! Lovely space and everything feels quite walkable here in Siena."

"Convenient location: easy walking access via the “Risalita Stazione”, a set of escalators that connect the Siena Stazione FS to the street where the hotel is located. We had a delay during our trip to Siena, what forced us to arrive later than the regular check-in time: thanks to the empathy and excellent communication with the property manager, we were able to check in remotely and everything went well."

"We loved our stay @ Hotel I Merli di Ada! We made a late change to our itinerary and booked this hotel. The staff was great, the room was great and the top floor Happy Hour view is incredible! I'd recommend the room w the extra sitting room bc it was a great staging area for luggage etc. Great location close to the Piazza and the heart of town. Shower/bathroom a little tight for someone 6'3" but not a complaint, just an FYI. Water bottles at front desk after hours were a nice touch. "
