The location is excellent, especially for travelers needing quick access to KLIA, with many guests highlighting the convenience of being around 10–15 minutes from the airport. "Terrible experience. We just needed a room for several hours before our flight to leave our suitcases and take shower, so we didn't leave right away. Dirty sheets with stains of various colors, small room with scratched walls. There is now way we would sleep on such dirty sheets. To be fair, we didn't pay too much for the room, so we got what we paid for..."

"This place was pretty good. Try NOT to get there before your check in time. There’s no lobby to wait in in that building. I learned from another review to use WhatsApp to communicate with the owner and they’ll give you instructions the day of your check in. Other than that, the worst part of this stay was the shower. Little water pressure and the wand didn’t stay in its holder since it’s missing a mounting screw. And a bit far still from Kuala Lumpur, but a grab there isn’t too much. Otherwise...

"Very near the airport, just one train station away...cheap and basic, but clean room, I had a comfortable night in transit here... there's a good hot shower, fast internet, hot and cold water dispenser,...easy self check-in...definitely value for money!"

"I arrived the unit late at 10.30pm, the key was placed in the mail room. I had taken it and follow instruction to park at level 6 at designated parking lot. However the key access to higher level was not working. Called no one respond. Taking risk to park at lower level, get in room fist. Saw a few coacroach on bed and table! Next day check out still not pick up my call, terrible management!"
