The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. "Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight."

"This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...
