"Cassava was a great stay. It was a bit small for 3 adults but clean and had all the facilities like the washer to wash your clothes and hot breakfast of their choice. It was easy to find a transport outside. One con was that we got stuck in the elevator a few times but we rang the alarm and residents were able to make the lift move. Next few times we took the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The owner was easy to work with. Will recommend in the Patel nagar area."

"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."

"Rooms are goods, bathrooms recently renovated. AC/TV/toiletries are working and provided. However, breakfast portions are very less. Other hotels in the vicinity give buffet, these guys give single items only. No daily complementary bisleri water bottles either. Even a request for an umbrella for 2-3 hrs was turned down"
