"Family room is huge and hotel is beautiful but walking distance to the room is a problem for my mum with knee problem even with advance notice as all of their family room is away from the elevator. As this hotel catered to lots of tour groups, finding seats for breakfast in the hotel is on a first come first served basis on your own. Quality of food is only mediocre as there are no eateries around the hotel we had no choice. We will look for a smaller boutique hotel instead for our further visit. Roger and his team at the concierge desk were wonderful in assisting all of our needs - thank you and keep up the good work!!"

Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit, complimentary bottled water, and a Suzhou city map, which shows the hotel’s attention to detail. It’s clear that this hotel is run with great care and passion. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou."
