"The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location, the longest walk we had was 20 minutes at most. The staff was all very friendly, room was modern clean and had a great view. Just wish pillows were a little firmer. Pleasantly surprised with the options available at the complimentary breakfast. We will most definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. "

"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....
