The hotel isn't "downtown", but it's central, around the corner from the AKG Art Museum and adjacent Elmwood Ave nightlife and restaurants. "I loved everything in the hotel. Everything was cool,peace,and it was clean. We came to Niagara falls as a family. My whole family said it was the best hotel. The bedroom was as so cozy as our bedroom.The breakfast was also so good. We loved the cereal,waffle,and the yogurt. "Rented a room with a kitchen. No problems other than a stray bug. Everything works. Can’t comment on maid service, that type of room is serviced every 2 weeks but getting towels/etc was simple. Multiple washers & dryers too. Front desk polite, responded quickly & respectful. "
