This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again."

"Great location, less than 20min walk from Napoli Centrale and set up in a way that makes you feel like you're a local who lives there! Breakfast was included at a café nearby that was amazing, not a full buffet but we're not big breakfast eaters so the coffee and croissant was perfect for us. Stayed with my husky and had the most wonderful time!"
