"As an expedia ueser, we should be made aware if there is renovations ongoing before we book. The staff was amazing and did say there would be comstruction. However, I did not expect to be treated to a rock concert while I stayed there. There was no regard by the workers for anyone in the building, music playing very loud so that every floor could hear. "Great location in downtown Manila. You are welcomed by smiling faces and friendly reception. The porter is eager to help with your luggage. The facilities are lovely and feel like an old style Marriott or Hilton. They have a balcony in front of the rooms that overlooks a swimming pool. The busiest street market is literally in front of the hotel and it’s walking distance to the Moa Mall and trains. Lots of transportation options are available and it’s next door to Heritage Casino Hotel....
