Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

NH is a great hotel to stay at near the Geneva airport. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Our check in was efficient, welcoming and warm. Thank you Laila. The room clean and quiet, the restaurant good and convenient. Will stay again coming and going from flights to Geneva.

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.

Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.

Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.

The hotel is very nice for the price. Convenient to the airport with a shuttle. No frills hotel but very nice and clean.

the soap dispenser in the bathroom is difficult to use for people with arthritis

Rooms are small but ask else great! Walkable to airport and to buses to go to city center.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Excellent 5 star property and service.

The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. The property was really nice and had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect for a quick stopover to explore Geneva and head out to the airport or other places via train.

I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

Had an amazing stay here. The hostel is newly built so everything is quite new. It’s not located close to the city centre but it’s only about 15-20 bus ride away. The bus stop is right outside the hostel which makes it very convenient. It also includes. Breakfast!! There’s toast cheese cold cut, multiple kinds of yogurt and drinks. Their coffee is very good!
