They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."
