"All one room (minus laundry and bathrooms) but very comfortable and cool in the Tokyo heat. The balcony isn’t accessible but the windows open for a view if you want it. The train station is a short walk and there’s a konbini just down the road in either direction. We rarely used the bus system but there is a stop right in front of the building. All around great location for a stay in Tokyo!"

"I brought my daughter to Tokyo to celebrate her high school graduation. We wanted to experience a real Japanese neighborhood and that is exactly what we got with this place. It is not fancy, but clean and exactly what we wanted! I will try to stay here again. "

"Convenient to station and local dining and shopping. An excellent base for my needs in the Kashiwa and Matsudo areas, with occasional trips to Tokyo. It is clean and well maintained, but fairly basic w.r.t. amenities, but that was fine with me. I have stayed here previously and anticipated doing so again."

"Very kind and respectful staff members(For English speakers, their English is pretty good especially the man who seamed to be the lead staff member). Even though you’re farther away from Tokyo(City) the location is quite literally connected to a subway line that goes directly there and a shopping mall with multiple sections. Hotel room was clean and for laundry you can use an app to use, it also already adds detergent for you which is great. "

"Train station is just round the corner. Takes about an hour to get to Shinjuku. A quiet place despite it being located next to the rail tracks. Good, and wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff has no problem with English. Will come stay again."

"Property is located within walking distance to the Kachiwa train station which is super convenient because you can get into the city easily. The room was clean, and comfortable for a short stay. "

"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."
