"Clean and close to Fuchu train station. This is our 2nd time here. Also, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping mall. It is an hour away from Haneda Airport but the Airport Limousine bus transportation is very affordable and transportation is with them is smooth and easy. I 100% recommend this hotel. "

"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"

"普通に良いホテルでした、 部屋もキレイだったしスタッフの対応も良いし朝食も豪華ではないけど悪くはなかったです。 駐車場は約250m離れて少し遠いですが広くて沢山の台数が止めれます。 コンセントの差し込みが少なかった。最近のホテルではUSBの充電が直接挿せる所があるのでそれがあれば便利なのですけど…。 機会があればまた利用したいです。"

"The room was old and somewhat worn-out, but the bed was neatly made, and it felt clean. There were origami and adorable rubber duck toys placed in the bathroom, which showed the playfulness of the cleaning staff and made me feel warm inside. I was a little disappointed that the bath was only available at night, but the sauna was a nice addition. The security was solid and well-maintained."

"Free buffet style breakfast with lots of variety and fast service. Room was clean and service great. Lobby offered amenities as needed. Restaurants and convenient stores right next door. We would love to stay again next time we are in Machida. "

"The area is top teir right next to the train station and plenty of stores and restaurants but the hotel is for a budget hotel. You will see the wallpaper peeling and the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in years. But the room is clean if you need somewhere to sleep for a night or two it will get the job done. But don’t stay any longer like I did you will just end finding more things wrong trust me....

"Very clean and comfortable, and staff were very courteous. Rooms could use some more power outlets or a USB power hub for electronic device charging. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very generous with options. Will definitely return here on my next Chōfu visit!"

"A fairly small hotel out of the way, but a warm and welcoming atmosphere. -Shin-Yurigaoka station, with most of your shopping needs as well, is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. -Yurigaoka station is the closest at about an 8 minute walk."

"Hotel location near JR Machida station is perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and shops near hotel. Room size is bigger than usual business hotels. Rooms and beds are very clean and comfort. TV is big enough an you can connect your PC, Tablet or phone at least via HDMi cable. Also coin laundry in hotel lobby is very handy for washing and drying your clothes. "
