"Excellent breakfast, very close to train station and a quiet break from busy Tokyo. Rooms are big compared to other Japan hotels"

"Really appreciated a clean, modern room in a clean, newer hotel within 100 meters of Yashio train station. Bonus was a very ample, quality, Japanese-style free breakfast to start each day. Only minor detractor was a hard bed…"

"Great location to JR station, the hotel is in a quiet area and the breakfast each morning was very delicious with plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely staff, excellent value for money, and a comfortable ten minute walk from three train stations. They even gave my husband and I a sweet gift at the end of our stay, to congratulate us on our marriage. (We visited on our honeymoon. 💖)"

"Great, convenient place to stay. Easy walk to train station. Loved the daily onsen option. Host is super helpful and speaks good English. Easy to get to most train lines and easy walk to Senso-ji area. Loved our stay. Cozy vibe. "

"Just enough. A good onsen is nearby."

"My second time visit .... Close to JR Ayase station, although a bit far from Tokyo or Shinjuku such shopping area. Concerning the price, its okay. Room not too small, still have space to place mu big luggage "

"Clean room, shops nearby, near metro "

"Great place to stay. Train station, shopping, convenience stores right across the street and next door. "

"Everything as described. Comfortable apartment, close to station and very clean. For Tokyo this is a big space, has a washing machine and utensils for cooking. Communication with the owner was clear. Its a tranquil neighborhood and good if you dont have to conmute to central tokyo on a rush and want to experience a more authentic japanese way of living. "

"Quiet location, however very close to transportation and shops. Easy location midway from Narita Airport and central Tokyo made it easy to visit places like shinjuku and shibuya in a cost effective way. Clean and modern apartment. Loved our stay! Host helpful and accommodating. "

"The room was clean and easy to locate from the train station. It was great for traveling with kids."

"Everything was maintained very well! Good amenities, good staff, clean, very close to the train station and 2 convenient stores about 3 mins away. Just like any Japanese hotel it’s a bit small in space but it wasn’t a hassle at all. "Great location, many restaurants and stores in the area, easy trains to downtown tokyo and surrounding areas. Great place to stay."

"Clean, organized with signs in japanese and english everywhere! Very friendly staff and a lot of extra little details but you’ll have to see for yourself. "

"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. Each bed space has plug for charging phone and small light.. 1 toilet and shower/bath room + 1 toilet, washing machine (we didn't use it), hair dryer, and many more.... Provided pots &...
