Free breakfast (traditional Chinese and Western), free laundry, free water bottles! Rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff is super nice. "We had a comfortabel stay for 6 nights (14-20 Dec). The hotel has a great location in east Nanjing Street. Rooms are a bit outdated though. Special thanks to our concierge staff Wang Ji who helped us getting to the airport on time after a mistake by our Didi taxi who could not carry all our luggage. Great drive"

"Easy to walk to Bund. Great views of Bund at night. Can walk to Bund/ Nanging Rd in 10-5 min. If you want a Pearl view ask them for this in the other wing. We enjoyed the Club dining morning and evening drinks. Very personal. More quiet than the very busy large buffet."

"First thing to point out when you're looking for the place it's labelled as CityGo. It's super easy to find, take the metro to Qufu station leave through exit 5, cross at the crossing then walk until you reach the lights, cross the road and you're there, it's about a 3 minute walk. The room was a pretty good size, the bed was comfortable, interestingly they cleaned the room every day but never made the bed. If your staying with people please note the shower and toilet is in a glass box, there is...

"Attentive, efficient and professional service — from Front desk, concierge, room service, lobby lounge, guest service, doorman, and last but not the least, housekeeping… the hotel is very well managed and makes us feel welcomed. Location is convenient right on Suzhou River, beautiful small parks and only 10 minutes walk to the Bund. 靜中帶旺. It’s our fifth stay and we look forward to our next visit. "
