"This is a fine hotel. The price is very affordable and it's close to the center of PP. The lighting in my room left much to be desired, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is fine but not amazing. The service is fantastic with very helpful staff. Overall, it's a decent inexpensive hotel in a convenient location to go downtown. "Location is very good. Center of Phnom Penh. So easy to use Grab. And breakfast also quite nice. Well known problem is, NOISE. Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "
