"The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive. "

The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. "The staff were exceptionally attentive. I was amazed and delighted to be upgraded from a harbour view room to a harbour view suite! The view was spectacular. This hotel is great value for money. The amenities are amazing: pool, gym, squash courts and a climbing wall! The location could not be better. Literally right next to the MTR and a block from the Star Ferry terminal. "
