"The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected."

"Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Warm friendly welcome and next time I am in the area will be my first option. Great pub 5mins to the North for dinner, and Farm shop 5mins to the South for breakfast. Just minutes away from the Snodome making it a perfect 2 day trip! "

"Excellent location. The private double room was exactly as pictured which was great. The only drawback was that the wifi in the secondary building where I was staying wasn’t working at the moment but in all fairness the router probably just needed resetting and I didn’t ask for that (just used the wifi in the main building which was great). Would definitely stay here again. "
