"The location was perfect for us as my husband had surgery at HCA. Osceola Hospital. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants. We did takeout and ate in the dining room. After dinner we sat on the wrap around porch and has a glass of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Tom Kapp made me breakfast the next morning and sat and had breakfast with me and visited. A short but lovely experience."

"The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered. Super hot strong shower was a plus. Overall, the experience was really great and the host was accommodating. Will rent again. "

"I was working an event two minutes from the hotel so it was an extremely convenient location for me. at the check in I was greeted by Virginia, she was amazing! She was very nice and helpful and made our stay much better. She helped us with all our concerns and complaints, Thank you Virginia! The room was minimal and only had the necessities, two pillows on each bed and 1 towel. Although the pool was amazing, great temperature and 8ft deep. Virginia and the pool definitely made our stay! "They need to put a disclaimer that this is a motel that people are living in… long term. I was surprised this was listed on Expedia where I booked. Also the room was sticky. Everywhere. And stained. We went out and got sanitizing wipes and paper towels and wiped everything down. I’m pretty sure the pillows were older than my teenager. We put our tshirts over the pillow cases for extra protection. However the staff were courteous and the parking lot was lit up like daylight all night so it felt...
