"Great welcome with upgraded room, welcome wine, fruit and Cyprus delight. Bottled water provided (but would have preferred to fill our own bottles from a water filter provided elsewhere). Spa and gym facilities were excellent and very clean. Fantastic massage from Fatima. Pools were far too cold to use. "

"The clearest and best instructions for out of hours check-in I have seen from any hotel. Thank you for making it so easy. Staff helpful and polite, room was clean and good AC. Nice gentle music playing outside. There is a commuter bus from the airport to near the hotel, and the same line takes you to downtown Larnaca. From there you can go to other places like Nicosia and Ayia Napa"

Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, your help in trying to organise a ticket for the AEK game went way above and beyond customer service. I’d recommend this hotel every time"
