"Staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Especially loved the 3rd floor park terrace. Centrally located with 5 minute walk to the SFMOMA, 15 minute walk to Chinatown or the Ferry Building. Would definitely stay here again. "

"So happy we stayed here! We had connecting rooms, and the staff were able to accommodate our request for early check-in/late check-out. Rooms were very clean & the views of the Bay and Transamerica Building were a great bonus! Easy walk (10 min.) from the Ferry Building. Close to cable car stop. We took public transit (Streetcar) from the Ferry Building/Embarcadero to Pier 39. Rooms were very clean & the views of the bay and Transamerica Building were such a great bonus! We will be back!! "
