The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit. The building itself is on the older side, but it is clearly well maintained, which reflects positively on the management’s upkeep standards. Security was also very reassuring throughout my stay. I felt safe at all times, which is especially important when traveling. I also appreciate that they provided a shuttle to pick me up and return me to the airport promptly. "Walked into room ice cold was told they turned off main for heat, after several hrs they brought a portable heater. The floors are dirty I wore brand new socks when I looked under it was filthy. Hotel advertised for Eid event the whole reason of me booking was told on actual Eid day no such event. I asked where the pool was just to be told it’s down for maintenance. I left an upscale property in dha phase 6 to come to this nightmare! I would not recommend this place. "
