Warm and inviting inn with a spacious en-suite room with a beautiful view of Loch Fyne. Amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner, delicious and well presented. Welcoming and helpful staff.
Nice family-run small hotel. Old but renovated. Very friendly and helpful owners. Relaxed and casual atmosphere. Great view of the water from our room and from the bar/breafast room. Guests may need to walk up a few flights of stairs. Bathroom was small, but that is expected in these old hotels and guest houses. Room and bathroom were clean. Served an excellent breakfast, with interesting selections. Free parking. But note: your car GPS may (will) send in you circles trying to find the actual...
The host and his daughter were very kind and helpful. We were there to see the Highland Games and they provided information regarding parking, getting there, etc. It is a very beautiful old house built by the Lipton tea guy.
Such a nice place! So well kept and such a good location on the square. Amazing restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was incredible. Service was amazing and the gentleman checking us in was hilarious and welcoming! Would advise anyone visiting Hburgh to stay here!
A spectacularly beautiful village and environment. The Hotel is in a lovely location, but needs a little maintenance. Staff friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile when we accidentally left something behind
Very friendly staff from all parts of the team (restaurant, bar and hotel). Extremely clean and comfortable with a view to being eco-friendly. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner was high quality & value with a variety of choices.
Had a small problem with logging onto the Wi-Fi at one point and seemed to be a little slow, but not really a big deal.
The apartment is lovely. Comfortable furnishings, large windows, view of the loch. Overall, a lovely stay in a quaint little town -- we'll definitely be back!
The Inveraray Inn is on Front Street, facing the lake. They serve a gourmet fixed price meal in the dining room, but we opted for a less expensive, but still very good, meal in the bar.
Ask for a room facing the lake. The view is great.
My only disappointment was that no-one offered to carry our bags upstairs. As is quite common in Britain, there was no lift/elevator. Often, instead, a staff member is available at check-in to carry the bags, but that did not happen here, despite the fact that...
