"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower.
To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

"We had a great time here, staff was helpful, room comfy and clean, great shower, breakfast very good, coffee could be better but you have a nespresso in the room too, spa was excellent and not very expensive, the warm pool was great to relax after getting a massage and the bar had fair prices. You do have to reserve a parking spot but they offer you parking in the casino next to the hotel if they’re full, i left my car by the curb anyway it seemed pretty safe. Would totally recommend"
