"It's good. It's close to BTS PuChao (about 10 mins walk). Near a large BigC store, and food vendors and seven-elevens near by. There's a local market on the same street, from the hotel take a right and walk about 500 meters. I don't think this is a 3 star hotel - more like a 2 star. "

Has a shop, and is near shops and things. The only downside were that we had no windows in the room so it smelled a little stale. AC was good and bathroom was fine. Bed was comfy enough"
