"Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich is excellent place,clean and excellent staff specially the staff in the front desk. But I would never recommend Radisson Hotel Zurich by the airport the staff in the front desk is terrible , we made a mistake taking the shuttle bus to the hotel thinking it will bring us also to Radisson Hotel and Suites but took us only to the Radisson Hotel by the airport and the staff told us to just walk it will take us only 5 minutes when in fact the hotel is 25 minutes away by car. What a Jerk making us look like stupid."

"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"Super convenient location if you’re flying out of Zurich (ZRH), it’s a 2 minute walk to the terminal. Rooms are comfortable and I highly recommend adding on the breakfast option. Staff was friendly and attentive."

"The room was modern, clean and well maintained. The bathroom area was somewhat disjointed and small. The modern way the facility was maintained with pads to request service and housekeeping did not work. When we requested our room to be made up and towels exchanged it did not happen, yet the computer showed we did request it. I'm not sure if it was electronic request or human error. The hotel was conveniently located a mere 5-10 minute walking distance from the train station and old town with lots of eating options. Zurich is not a town for the budget minded traveler unless you are willing to eat fast food."
