"For the price, it's very clean and has a modern look. Actual had a kettle and fridge in the room unlike many hotel chains of the same price. No pests at all! Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture. There was even ongoing maintenance at night! Power tools and dragging...

"Old fashion hotel in the middle of Ermita in Manilla. In 5 minutes walk to Robinson mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel has a 70's look and feel, but very well maintained. Good bed, writing desk, dining table, shower. "

The location is really good, close to metro train station and lots of jeepny's close by if you want to go a short distance. Our room did not have any windows which was a suprise but it seemed clean enough and the shower got hot water quick! I would stay here again if I needed to be in this part of Manila. "

"Location Location Location. Across from one of Manila's most popular mall: Robinsons Place. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Near metro. Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful. "

"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. The hotel is a good budget choice for tourists visiting Manila."
