Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring.
Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size.
Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun."

"Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient. "
