"What a little gem. We felt so welcomed by Louise and Frédéric, and Sweppy, their dog too! We wanted a quiet, peaceful home from home place and this delivered all of that. We stayed for 2 nights in the beautiful ground floor room La Poesie with a view of the garden through the bathroom window. Plenty of hot water, a combined bath and shower, good reception for WiFi and an extremely comfortable bed. Our breakfasts were truly delicious. "My daughter, her friend and I had a great stay at Maison Montplaisir. It’s on a quiet street, around the corner from a bus line that is only a short ride to the metro. The accommodations are not fancy, but it is very quiet, has everything you need and and the beds are really comfy. The host is an absolute gem! He is so warm and inviting, it made the stay extra special. We will definitely be returning. "

"As a non French speaking tourist in Montreal I was welcomed warmly by kind staff who speak both English and French with a very lovely and cozy building that has a great selection of rooms including some that are great if you are on a budget. Hotel Mini is definitely a place that I recommend for anyone staying a few nights in the area. Also I forgot to mention the location of the establishment probably couldn’t get any better "

"This was a great location for the Canadian Grand Prix. Walking distance to the metro and when leaving the track, we traveled away from the flow of traffic. The room was very clean, staff were helpful and the breakfast was incredible."
