No frills. It was like staying in a convent. It could use an upgrade. We did appreciate the customer service. The woman checking us in was very kind to us. "Casa Jacinta was perfect! Walking distance to so many sites, like Casa Azul, Viveros de Coyoacán, and the Trotsky house museum. The staff were so sweet and friendly. I loved having coffee and catching up on some work on the back garden patio. Also in close proximity to plenty of food. You're not close to downtown CDMX, but in our case, that was a plus. A quiet neighborhood option in pretty close driving proximity to the big city. Would recommend highly!"

"This hotel is a true gem in Coyoacan, Mexico. We had an exceptional experience with their service and comfort. It is situated on one of the most beautiful streets in Coyoacan, Francisco Sosa. The 18-minute walk to “la plaza de Coyoacan” didn't bother us at all. We really loved it because it was surrounded by charming little shops and restaurants.
