"Clean rooms, mall nearby, near the bus terminal. The only thing that bothers me would be that rooms on different floors are priced differently and I don't have ways to know that in advance. The rooms on the 4th floor are excellent but more expensive. The ones on the 2nd floor, cheaper and not as good."

"I didn't stay in that place. It is not a hotel, it is a dirty and unpleasant house. The room was precarious, there was a smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The room did not have a bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms for all users. There is no staff to serve, a boy arrived on a bicycle, opened the door and left. It's a lie, the advertising is misleading. This place should not be listed on Expedia. I ask for my money back please."

In our room the handle of the door as well as the bathroom handle do not work properly, the window in the bathroom it does not close at all and is falling apart, as a consequence the environment inside that space is not pleasant, the sink, the tile, the shower space needs attention and upgrades. "The staff was super nice!!! The room was very clean. Free breakfast and delicious. The rooms are simple, but the beds are very comfortable. And the heater and Air Condition system worked Great because in February in Mexico City the days are warm , but at night it cools down."
