"Dirty room, no clean water, no access to food, staff is very rude and downright intolerable. Treats the average customer like crap. Came looking for a microwave in the lobby(cause it’s not in room as advertised) and was told to “just get out.” This was in the middle of the ice storm mind you. And oh, forgot to mention they exploited THAT situation and took our money when they should’ve comped rooms in the middle of a natural disaster. Only after I reported them did they try to offer a free...
