"Towels are provided free of charge, even on check out day! The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice but drinks added up, with water being $3.50 for a bottle. I think cocktails were €9-€12ish and bottles of wine started at €25ish. You provide your room number for drinks you get at dinner and pay at checkout. The cocktails at the poolside nighttime entertainment were same price as dinner. Lots of servers so it was quick to order, but only a couple bartenders so took a while for drinks to...

"The area is great and safe. The beach is beautiful and clean. The staff was good, the breakfast was good. However, the name and address on my paperwork was completely wrong. The furniture has seen better days. The sofa looks dingy."

"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. It’s been lovely! "

"Good central location just a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel for airport drop off/pick up as well as direct link to Alcudia Old Town. Lots of food and drink options close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the marina for a night out. Nightly entertainment programme (we stayed the last weekend of September) as well as day time games around the pool. "

"I don't normally stay at a place for 19 days but had a unique set of circumstances that allowed me to do so and really get to know Alcudia and NE Mallorca. Anyway, Hostal Alma was a great place to have as a base. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was very good, the setting around the pool was charming, the place was clean and the location (half way between port and old town) was perfect for me. "Considering this is a 3 star hotel. Then it’s a very good hotel! Has all the facilities you need to have a wonderful vacation . The location next to the sea is great and 2 nice pool areas. It’s about 20 minutes walk to Alcúdia old town. You can also walk along the coast. In the area there are 2 quite big hotels and this is one. We found one more restaurant in the area, otherwise you have to go to Alcúdia old town"

"Great hotel, large pool area and deck to sunbathe, lots of space and not crammed together. Different dining options with a low key vibe. Really nice base as we then went out each day/night to enjoy Alcudia. Tip - if you are getting a taxi make sure they take you to the correct hotel as there are several Bordoy hotels in Alcudia and we got taken to the wrong one. This was not the hotels fault."
