"Great room great bathroom all you would need for your stay and literally right by Nishiki market. Just wish they had some kind of receptionists there because book through Expedia and did not give me the option to pre register with the hotel so I had to do that in person on the phone."

Very clean, typical size Japanese room. Light breakfast at Komeda Cafe attached to hotel. Conbini (Family Mart) across the street. Wonderful stay."

"Lovely hotel in a great location - a little less crazy than central hotels. Staff (particularly the restaurant greeters) were simply lovely! Friendly, courteous and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent quality and great variety, well worth including in your stay. Social hour could get a little busy (holiday weekend?) but the food and drinks on offer were excellent. VERY happy with our Kyoto hotel choice!"
