Quiet hallways for sleeping was a plus and a surprise given the building was fully booked. Onsite restaurant had a delicious morning buffet (extra cost though) and we also had dinner there in the evening. Staff warm, welcoming and accommodating when we needed extra supplies or had questions about the area."

"Got in at 2:30 am. Chris, at the front desk was wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. Slept in a bit late for check-out and Chelsea, the front desk super was terrifically understanding and conversational friendly. A truly remarkable thing to experience these days customer service everywhere considering "professionalism" as being efficiently robotic and neutral. NOT the definition of professionalism in my book.
