"Reserved this hotel because of the soaking tub mentioned in the room description. When we checked in, our room had no tub:(. The professional and pleasant hotel staff were very helpful - switching us to a room with a bath tub. The bed/bed linens were incredible/soft, all of the food we had was excellent.
