"I usually stay here during business trips because it’s conveniently located near the convention center. The rooms are typically very spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, during this stay, I noticed a lack of proper maintenance in the room, including water stains on the ceiling. Unfortunately, I also encountered roaches both in the room and the hallway. I’ve reported the issue and hope it will be promptly addressed by the management team."
