"A culpa não é dos funcionários, mas a experiência foi péssima, reservei meu quarto bem antes e ao chegar no hotel descobri que tinham colocado meu quarto para outra pessoa. Me deram outro quarto inferior, paguei na hora mais 100 reais. As toalhas estavam bem manchadas e o cheiro do quarto, cobertor e banheiro não era muito bom."

"Since 2014 I’ve stayed at the former TRYP, now Meliá Hotel! The hotel is very nice and quiet. The neighborhood is very nice, with plenty to local shops and a 15 minute walk down to the Tatuapé Mall! The rooms are very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend that Hotel!"

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry...
