"Enjoyed our stay! This hotel is sharing a new mixed-use building. There are four restaurants and a Family Mart on 1F, two nice football/soccer fields outside, start-up style office spaces, labs, and meeting rooms in the middle floors and the hotel on the top floor 7F. Rooms were spacious with a minimalist kitchen and larger than average mini fridge/freezer. 10 minute walk through the park to the train station. "

"Room was a bit small, but it was very functional, quiet, and comfortable. Would have been a challenge if my partner was with me. Lots of eating options and transport connections nearby. Breakfast was good, but not great _for me_ (I prefer more western food for breakfast, and this was a wide range of very good Japanese foods). The guest laundry and free coffee machine were good features. I would stay again, but think about a bigger room if I could afford it."

"Generally a very pleasant stay. Rooms were quiet cool and dark. Showers very strong with lots of hot water. The baths on the second floor were great - with alkaline spring water, sauna and a cold bath. Like all dormy inns, there is free coffee and soft drinks, ice cream at night and probiotic drinks in the morning. Also, free soba 9.30-11. Close to fushimi stop, the hotel is near Sakae with its shopping and restaurants, so very well -located. "
