We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. "Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening. It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. "

"First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly."
