"As a female solo traveler, this place made me feel safe. The building itself requires a passcode to get in and the area is quiet and residential. Communication between host went smoothly and quickly. Check in and out was a breeze. It also helped having the convenience of a washing machine available. "

"I stayed 10 nights here, honestly the room is pretty bare bones but we were just using it as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Room was clean and had all our necessities private bath (make sure you book a room with one if needed), microwave and stove top and storage space. A short walk away from Nakai Station is a huge plus the area is quite and the SS line is much less busy than some others. 2 station ride gets you to Takadanobaba Station were you can pretty much get anywhere from. "The room was nice. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight, taking suitcases up and down them feels precarious given how narrow the staircase is and how small some of the steps are. Be aware that the property is very close to a highway, so the noises from it are audible all through the night. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy."
