"The hotel is situated in a safe and easy to find location close to public transport but also walkable to most city centre locations. It's also possible to walk to the Bus Terminals although the biggest one is at least a 30 minute walk. The staff are excellent."

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

Only point to note is that room had no separate work table or chair, but plenty of seats and tables in public areas. Highly recommended for touring central Santiago."
