"We stayed here a few weeks ago and I left a little bath robe I had bought in HK. I immediately contacted the hotel because we were coming back to this hotel for a few nights before returning to Canada. That was an isolated incident that doesn’t reflect on the hotel but the staff. Location of hotel is excellent with shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff great."

"The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot)....

"The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood of Santiago. The hotel room was pretty clean, and overall in a good condition. The water flow in the shower was not perfect, but still acceptable. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and many fresh fruits. The hotel is located near a metro station, and close to a lot of shops and restaurant. I would definetely come back to this hotel. "

"Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design"
