"It was a very nice stay! The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great. The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro. The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast. "

"This is a great place to stay. It is a studio apartment in an upscale apartment building. Everything is new, very clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal; a tree-lined street in a vibrant but safe neighborhood. Many cafes, parks, and restaurants nearby. Metro station is very close. I had Internet issues, but those could have been my equipment. Recommended!"

"Great staff. Very helpful and nice. Location is GREAT. Transportes Celedon is wonderful for pick up and return to the airport. They also do individual tours and take you to both cruise terminals Valparaiso and San Antonio. The front desk at Ola Hotel can book this for you. "

"The location is terrific as the hotel starts on the 17th floor directly above a mall. It is also very close to a metro station. The surrounding area is walkable with many restaurants and cafes. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular. "

"There is a train under the new MUT shopping area. The train station is tobalaba.(red line 1) Which is just across from the hotel. Trains are brilliant but unfortunately don't go all to the way to the airport, but there is an airport bus from one of these stops."

"The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot)....
