"This is a small hotel. The personnel are very courteous and friendly. The closest trains stop is only two blocks away. We found a nice Peruvian restaurant in the area. It is not luxurious, but they make you feel at home. They speak English well."

"It was a lovely soothing place, in a calm area amidst Santiago. I had a nice view from the bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture. The bathroom was small, but enough for one. Had no problems with running out of hot water or whatsoever. The frontdesk personnel were ready to help whenever needed. "

"Boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very walkable and close to restaurants, and shops. Also, it is in close proximity to San Cristobal, Sky Costenara, and Cousino Macul Winery. The one and only concern was that one morning the sink in bathroom leaked a bit, but overall good stay. Complimentary breakfast was good also."
