"The hotel is situated in a safe and easy to find location close to public transport but also walkable to most city centre locations. It's also possible to walk to the Bus Terminals although the biggest one is at least a 30 minute walk. The staff are excellent."

"We spent about a week, collectively, in Santiago (in transit between different parts of our adventure). We booked the first night during the first leg of our journey and because the property, the guy managing the front desk, the location and access to everything was so awesome, we extended and it became our home base. We journeyed to Easter island and wanted to stay for the new year…without hesitation nest Paris-Londres was our home. I highly highly recommend this place! "

"Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students. Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity. The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking. The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice. RECOMMENDED!!"

"Very good breakfast, omlette and cheese especially. Staff very helpful. Tour desk available, as well taxi transfer to the airport. Area is in general quite, close to metro stations, we walked to Central station and bus station to get to Valparaiso and Vina del mar."

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."
