“This will be my forever go-to in Guadalajara. The staff is absolutely lovely genuinely kind and helpful. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in The Great Gatsby suite. It was super clean, warm and friendly. The only bad thing was that we couldn't stay longer. Will definitely be back!”

“I really liked the presentation of the hotel. It was very attractive. It combined both old and new. The lobby, gym, pool, buffet restuarant wss all good. Location was pretty good as well. Only real complaint was the water. I made the error of brushing my teeth with the water the first night. I wish there was a warning. I literally have had diareah off and on for two weeks. I understand water is a key component to avoiding the issues. It would be nice to provide stations in the hotel to fill up……

“The location. Is close to a bar area. There is plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops shops. Also there is a 7eleven and Oxxo stores right next to. ATMs are close also. Very nice place. Will stay here next time I’d visit GDL”

“Perfect, and perfectly situated in the best neighborhood. This historic building is charming and the decor is lovely with a super comfy bed. I was in room 8 which is perfect for a solo traveler. The staff are super helpful. Colonia Americana is the coolest part of the city and Gala Hotel is on the nicest street full of grand homes, coffeeshops and restaurants. “Loved our stay at Casa Kali! The Mexican decor is very nice, and the rooms are clean, cute, and completely private—with their own bathroom.The neighborhood is very quiet and feels super safe, and we really appreciated the added security at Casa Kali. Plus, there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again! also, si vas a el Registro Agrario, esta a solo 5 minutos caminando en la misma calle. Perfecto si necesitas hacer un tramite ahi.”

“I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from the cathedral and San Juan de Dios market - and the price was very reasonable. My room (on the 5th floor) was clean and seemed to have been more recently renovated. People complain about the smell of the water, but i think it's a city wide thing not particular to the hotel. Just don't drink it - they give you bottled water. The pool on the rooftop is a nice feature - i actually used it on a sunny afternoon. My……
