"I booked a 2nd night but had to change room because it was not the same category. We finally got a similar room, maybe not as well renovated on the 5th floor (instead of 7th floor). We had to move our bags and all our things for not much difference. The staff was friendly but I don’t understand why we couldn’t stay in the same room when it was far from being full.
