"Small but very clean and comfortable room. Includes a small refrigerator. The shower area was great with a rainhead fixture. The hotel is very close to Hakata station and bus stops. Nearby was a 7-11, cafes, and ramen shops. Great value."

"The blanket is smelly and the beds are very small. The room is not possible to accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids as indicated ( only 2 queen sized beds and 4 small sized single beds). Besides, only one toilet and washroom was available. It took hours for us to take term bathing every night. Check in is very uneasy. The check-in ID was incorrect, and the operator can hardly communicate in English. Tissue ran out on the second day, but no refill was available. Don’t know how to dump the garbage, and...

"Was good choice for staying in Fukuoka as the location is so close to Hakata station. For travelling in and out of Fukuoka, the hotel has the best location. The hotel was clean and the front desk was so kind and friendly. I will chose this hotel for my next visting."

"Next time I wouldn’t want to stay on lounge and onsen floor, and not next to elevator as it was very loud at times. Generally room was fine and bathroom and toilet and sink were good. Lots of outlets to plug things in, but connections at the plug were a tad loose. Lounge with drinks and view was very nice but juice/pop machine were out of order which was too bad. Had a very nice hot chocolate there and watched the city. Check out was very quick which I appreciated and it was a quick 10 min walk...
